How to Find My Office

Finding my office for the first time can be a little tricky, so I put together this step-by-step photo guide to make your arrival as smooth and stress-free as possible. My office is located at 5108 Velasko Road, Suite 2000, Syracuse, NY 13215.

Step 1 — Arriving at the Building

When you pull into the parking lot at 5108 Velasko Road, you will see a single-story beige building with warm exterior lighting and a row of mailboxes near the driveway. There is a paved walkway leading up to the entrance — this is the right place!

Step 2 — Walk to the Front Entrance

Follow the brick walkway along the side of the building toward the glass front door. You will see a small sign for Syracuse Integrative Psychiatry on the door. Go ahead and walk right in!

Step 3 — Enter and Head Down the Hallway

Once inside, you will step into a bright hallway with sage green walls. Continue straight ahead down the corridor.

Step 4 — Continue Down the Hallway

Keep walking down the hallway. You will pass a white bench on your left. The doors at the end of the corridor will come into view — keep going straight.

Step 5 — Enter the Waiting Area

You will arrive at a small, comfortable waiting area with gray upholstered chairs and a side table with a lamp. Please have a seat and make yourself comfortable — I will come out to greet you at your appointment time.

Step 6 — Look for My Office Door

My office door is the wooden door with the blue Syracuse Integrative Psychiatry sign and a gold nameplate that reads "Erin Cavallo, Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner." You can see it straight ahead at the end of the short inner hallway.

Step 7 — Welcome to My Office!

Once inside, you will find a warm, comfortable space designed to help you feel at ease. I look forward to seeing you!
